About the Instructor: Julie has been needle felting for over 10 years, has been teaching since 2019, and in 2022 she became a Certified Instructor through Sarafina Fiber Art. Julie owns and operates Julie’s Fiber Treasures and she enjoys making people smile with her cute and adorable 3D sculptures.
